Comfortable attic, in a strategic position, with beamed ceiling, skylight, fireplace, air conditioning, 20 Mb Wifi no limits

Fully equipped, composed of living room, hallway, bedroom and bathroom. Ideal for business and tourism.

In addition to a bedroom with a double bed, in the living room there is a 3 places sofa that turns quickly into a very big bed to accommodate a third guest.

The kitchen and bathroom are equipped with everything needed for a short or long stay. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

Guests have access to a large wardrobe, a large desk and a 32-inch Lcd tv.

The apartment has air conditioning and heating with manual adjustment or, if you prefer, with thermostat.

The apartment is fully available to guests and it's on the second floor of a small building.

You will find all the necessary linen: sheets, blankets, towels...

Under the house, or at least on the back, is available free public parking where you can leave your car and move by walk or by public transport.

The apartment is located in a strategic area of ​​the district San Vitale, 2 km from the city center area and less than 3 km from the historic center of Bologna

The house is located less than 1.5 km from Sant'Orsola-Malpighi hospital, a 10-minute drive from the exhibition district (Bologna Fiere) and 15 minutes drive from the Central Railway Station.

Getting here is easy both by public transport (train / plane / bus) or by car (exit 11 of the ring road is 600 meters).

The bus stops are located in front of the home with convenient and frequent connections to the city center and the railway station.

Around the accommodation there are many services, pizzerias, restaurants, tobacco shops, bars, bakeries, ice cream shops, ATMs, grocery stores, supermarkets, pharmacies and several malls.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Gianluca (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
