Independent panoramic villa in the hills 20 minutes from the center of Bologna, surrounded by a park of about 1000 sqm completely fenced with access road and private parking. Distributed over three floors, it can accommodate up to 4 people. On the ground floor, the living area includes a living room with a panoramic window overlooking the park and the surrounding hills. On the same floor you will find the fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove, electric combi oven / microwave, fridge, freezer, wall cupboard (crockery and pots available). Outside you can have lunch and dinner surrounded by nature and enjoy relaxing on comfortable armchairs. On the first floor, two bedrooms, one with a panoramic window and a bathroom. In the basement there is a second bathroom. Towels and bed linen included. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout the house. It is a very welcoming and atmospheric environment. The geographical position is certainly another peculiar feature: the house is immersed in the green hills, but a 20 minute drive from the center of Bologna, 10 minutes from the A1 motorway exit of Sasso Marconi and 6 km from the railway station. From here you can reach the many nearby art cities (Florence, Venice, Ravenna ...) and the Romagna Riviera

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    If Silvia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
