This cottage has a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, two twin bedrooms, a ground floor twin bedroom, a bathroom, a ground floor wet room, a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with a cosy open fire. Outside there is off road parking for four cars, bike storage and an enclosed garden patio with furniture and a childrens play castle. Set in the Forest of Bowland, Mallard is a lovely base for your holiday.

Amenities: Oil central heating with open fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher. Freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer in utility. TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent.
