We invite you to experience the authentic Italian holiday in the greenest part of Italy - Abruzzo, incorporating three National parks, blue flag beaches of Adriatic, Roman ruins, famous castles and abbeys.

Abruzzo caters for all tastes from nature lovers to history enthusiasts to children who will love laid-back beach holidays with tons of gelato and world class aquaparks.

Thanks to its central location casa Bomba is also ideal base for exploring the central Italy, both Rome, Naples and Bari being within easy and panoramic drive away.

Abruzzo is still referred as Italy's best kept secret and a popular holiday destination for Italians, however it is relatively unknown to organised tourists from elsewhere. Local people are very friendly and welcoming and appreciate your custom, the traditional name for Abruzzesi being "forte e gentili" - strong and kind. The services and eating out will be a fraction of what you pay in touristy areas in Italy, our record for two adults and two children was e26 for pizza dinner (pizza freshly made in the premises) with wine and drinks. All in all, its a great destination for everyone!

We have tried to create "HOME AWAY FROM HOME" for our guests and we are pleased to offer the house for others to enjoy so more people will appreciate the area and have a great and memorable holiday in our well equipped villa with great lake and mountain views.

Spacious residence with 2 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, bathroom and terrace in idyllic village of Bomba close to Adriatic coast.

The stone and brick built three-storey property comprises of modern kitchen/breakfast room with appliances and wood burner, spacious lounge with air-conditioning, two sofa-beds, storage.

To the first floor you will find an oversized bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine, panoramic terrace enjoying lake and mountain views and interconnecting bedrooms (double with king size bed and single with bunk bed) are on the top floor.

There are balconies in master bedroom and bathroom. Property is well equipped with air conditioning, water heater, hob, oven, fridge/freezer, satellite TV, audio.

Benefits from upvc double glazing and has many original features (some original doors, exposed beams and ceiling, mosaic floors etc).

Easy access to the beach (one straight road, 25 min drive to Blue Flag Beach), aurostrada Adriatica, airport of Pescara.

Casa Bomba is located in an easily accessible village with lake, swimming pools, shops, post office, bar and restaurants, free wi-fi available in the village square. You can access the villa by flying to Rome (2 hours), Ancona (1.5 hours) and Pescara (40 mins). The area boasts excellent facilities for cycling, fishing, trekking, horse riding and sight seeing (Castle Roccascalegna 10 min away, medieval town Lanciano 20 min away).

The pool in the village is actually open July / August only, but it is a good pool and very reasonable. The porchetta and chicken van is our favourite as well, easy dinner for all the family! How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Simon (the owner) a message.

If Simon (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
