From the owner

Our log cabin is nestled in the Sprucewold Community, about a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach and a 10 minute walk to downtown Boothbay Harbor. It is a spacious 2 bedroom and a loft space with a trundle day bed and seating area.

Brand new HVAC system and a gas hot water heater were installed as well as most of new furnishing and other equipments are installed yearly. Most of the furnishing and beds, mattresses, covers are new in 2023.

We have a fully equipped kitchen including oven toaster, ht water kettle, various coffee machines,(Nespresso & Keurig) for those early mornings or tired afternoons. There are 50 inch TV and loft area also has a cable TV.

If you enjoy the smell of pine, the sounds of foghorns and birds, and the serenity of nature, you will love lounging on the screened in porch and at the front porch at this unique log cabin.

Enjoy the open living room, two story high underneath 4 skylights and a beautiful antler chandelier. The cabin is decorated with nautical and rustic themes, making it the most comfortable and perfect getaway from your normal life.

It is a walking distance to center of town, water front restaurants, and Barrett Park/Ocean.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send David and Yuko (the owner) a message.

    If David and Yuko (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
