This villa is in a most sought after location, just a 2 mins walk to the lovely Bophut Beach, and just 2 mins walk to the famous Fisherman's Village and the newly opened The Wharf shopping centre, both with hundreds of shops, bars and beach front dining options, and of course, the famous Walking Street, where every Friday and Monday night, Fisherman's Village is full of local stalls selling food and gifts.
Even though the villa is situated just 2 mins walk away from all these amenities, it is also located at the end of a very quiet and residential small road.
The villa itself is very spacious, with 5 king bedrooms, all having en suite bathrooms, and plasma TVs with local channels. There is satellite TV with international channels in the living room.
The villa has a large open plan kitchen, dining room and living room, with a kitchen island with bar stools for dining, and also a dining table with seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, induction hob, grill, kettle and coffee maker.
Outdoors, the pool is huge, with plenty of sun beds, an outside shower, a shaded sitting area with tables and chairs, an outdoor kitchen for al fresco dining.
Until recently, we built the electricity costs into the nightly rate. However, we found that air con units would be left on all day, even when the villa was unoccupied. So as an eco-friendly approach, we have reduced the nightly rates, and allowing you to pay for only the electricity that you use. The electricity meter is read on check in and check out and charged at B7.5 per unit plus 7% vat. Average daily consumption based on 10 people sharing, would equate to B100 per person per day.
Water is charged per usage.
