From the owner

Casa Valhalla unit 4 is the largest of all our units with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is located in the heart of the property with unit 3 to the north and units 1 & 2 to the south. Unit 4 is a ground floor unit with beautiful gardens in both front and back.

With an open floor plan this unit is ideal for families or couples traveling together. When entering the unit from the front you enter into a spacious living room that is open to the dining room and kitchen. There is a comfy sofa, love seat and chair along with a 32" flat screen TV that can be used as a computer monitor (cables NOT provided).

The dining area seats 6 comfortably and flows into the kitchen which features new appliances, including a full size refrigerator and 6 burner gas stove/oven, microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, custom cabinets and granite counter tops.

The kitchen, dining and living room all have tounge and groove ceilings and there are tile floors throughout the unit. Easy access to the back yard, BBQ and laundry area is just out the back door which is located in the kitchen. With an off street, reserved parking space in the back of the house it makes getting your groceries inside a piece of cake.

The master suite has a private bath, walk in closet, Queen bed and views of Volcan Baru. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located on the north side of the apartment, both with built in closets. Bedroom 2 is a large bedroom with two twin beds that can be made into a king. The barn door style window faces the front garden and Volcan Baru. Bedroom 3 has another queen bed and faces the large yard and gardens. There is a second bathroom between the dining room and bedroom 3.

Casa Valhalla is a Panamanian style home, less than 1 kilometer from downtown Boquete. This unique home has been converted into 4 separate apartments with off street parking for all.

The units have a common area in the back that features banana plants, orange and papaya trees, eucalyptus tree, two types of mint plants, culantro, parsley, ginger, rosemary and thyme along with many other flowers and plants. The new ranchito offers an area for get togethers or just hanging out. There is a counter/bar area with sink, gas BBQ grill and small refrigerator.

We offer both covered and open patios. There are 3 BBQ grills for our guests, two gas, one charcoal. There is also a shared laundry area with gas dryer. All units have hot water in the showers and kitchen, cable TV and 4G WIFI throughout the property. We have recently added a 600 gallon water holding tank to combat the frequent water outages that are common in Panama.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
