We have 2 bed rooms furnished upstairs Apartment (First floor with separate entrance ) for your stay for business, leisure, holyday staying or medical purpose etc during yours visit to Sri Lanka. One AC room and one Non AC Room, attach bathroom., secured car park , Very calm and friendly neighborhood..

Located at Boralesgamuwa, G.H.Perera Mawatha, Boralesgamuwa City which is closer to Nugegoda and many other city places . Boralesgamuwa - Colombo main road considerably having lower traffic and easy way reach Colombo city limits within few minutes. . It’s just few minutes walking distance to very popular walking and bicycle riding park , Pizza Hut, Vegetarian and Indian food Vegi Dine restaurant , Golden rose international buffet , Fingara swimming pool and coffee shop , many supermarkets , Many Banks ATM’s and many more ect.

Bed rooms are with King size beds, Wardrobe, full size mirror with LED back lights , One AC & one Non AC , Ceiling fan, Table Lamp, Iron & Ironing table & Cupboards ,ect, ( Extra bed space or extra office room space can be arranged upon request )

Kitchen with Refrigerator, Microwave oven, Electric kettle, Bread toaster, Gas Cylinder, Gas cooker, Pantry cupboard, Kitchen sink, Pans, Serving spoons, Kitchen utensils, Plates, Cups, Glasses,.

Living area with sofa set, Dining table & Chairs, table fan, TV with international channels, DVD /Audio setup ect,

Bathroom with Hot & Cold water showers, Sanitary Fittings, etc.

All relevant items or furniture are cleaned weekly or before the every check in of new comers without any extra charges.

Apartment is with balcony and greener view, security ( Owner’s is living at ground floor ) , Garden, Free swimming pool facility via Fingara ( 4 hours per One time per two weeks per family )

For the electricity , Rs. 30 per unit or as per CEB bill will be charged ( measured by separate meter) . However for water consumption & LP gas used will not be charged.

How do damage deposits work?
