Casa Grande Fork - Large apartment in Cadore, mountainous area of ​​Eastern Dolomites near Cortina (15 km). The apartment on the 1st floor in the attic is spacious and cozy duplex. Floor and wooden ceiling. Separate entrance to the southeast. The apartment is ca. 110 square meters and suitable for 7-8 persons. There are two large bedrooms with double beds, one room with two single beds and a small room with a bed (or two). The living room has a sofa bed of 140 cm width. 2 full bathrooms with bath, shower, toilet, sink, bidet and washing machine. There are two balconies, and plenty of room to open. The apartment is ideal for friends and families. The spacious lounge has an extendable table, a comfortable sofa bed, flat screen TV, CD and radio. The kitchen is complete with a gas stove with an electric oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher. The heating is gas as well as hot water. The rate includes all utilities and heating. In front of the house there is a large lawn for play, rest and enjoy the view of Mount Pelmo. They are available also garden furniture. There are places all'terreno car. Nearby you can do several activities. There is a bike path built on the old railway line. There are marked trails to reach the tops of the mountains. The many refuges offer good cuisine. Villanova di Borca di Cadore is located at 946 meters above sea level in the Cadore Dolomites. The house is in a quiet area (Villanova Alta) out of the country between Mount Pelmo and Mt. Antelao. The house is located 133 km from Venice airport and 390 km from Milan. The station nearest railway is Calalzo di Cadore. You can take the shuttle from the airport of Venice (Flixbus / Cortina Express) stop Borca di Cadore. ~ ENGLISH: Casa Grande Fork - Spacious apartment in the impressive eastern Dolomites in the Cadore valley. 12 km from Cortina d'Ampezzo and 133 km from Venice Airport. The apartment is located on the 1st floor. There is a separate entrance from south-east. Floor and ceeling are made in wood. It has about 110 sq.m with 4 bedrooms and sleeps 7 to 8 people. There is parking on site. There are 2 large bedrooms with twin beds, 1 large bedroom with two separate beds and a smaller room with one bed or two beds. There is an extendible sofa in the living room (140 cm large). Three bedrooms have a balcony. All beds are real beds (no bunk beds). There are 2 bathrooms with bathtubs, shower, wc, bidet and a washing machine. The commodious living room with extendible table leave, sideboards and part lounge with TV, CD and radio is idle for dining and getting together. The apartment is very well suited for groups and families. The kitchen is well equipped, with a big gas stove, an electric oven, a fridge freezer to microwave and enough cutlery. For heating and warm water there is a gas boiler. There is a large meadow in front of the house ideal for playing, resting and enjoying the views of the surrounding mountains. Garden furniture is available. The local area offers many possibilities for activities: there is a cycling path along the old train tracks. Numerous hiking paths lead to the surrounding mountain peaks. The world famous Resort town of Cortina d'Ampezzo is a quick 20 minutes car ride away, offering fine shopping, excellent bars and restaurants. Borca di Cadore / Villanova is located at an altitude of 946m in the Cadore valley. The house lies at the outskirts of the village nestled in the impressive Alpine landscapes between Monte Pelmo and Monte Antelao. To get there: From Venice airport there are 133 km by car or take the shuttle bus "CortinaExpress operated by flixbus" and get off at Borca di Cadore.

    How do damage deposits work?
