A spacious and well-presented 'Victorian' terrace house conveniently situated within a walking distance from the market town of Sittingbourne and in close proximity to the railway station to London and other local stations.

The property has two private car-parking spaces (ideally for two small vehicles) located at the rear garden and accessible from the public car park. The house offers two bedrooms (a double bed for the main bedroom and a single bed for the second bedroom). There is a family bathroom suite, an open-plan lounge and dining area. The lounge also offers a flat-screen TV with Freeview, a DVD/Bluray Player and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with: a full height fridge/freezer, electric cooker, electric oven, washing machine and microwave. Laundry for beddings and towels will be provided on a weekly basis (additional towels or laundry facilities can be provided for a nominal fee).

The accommodation has easy access to the A249 and the M2 and is a 20-minute drive from the Isle of Sheppey. The nearest railway station to London is a 2-minute walk from the property. Local shops, takeaways and a nice pub/restaurant are less than a 5-minute walk from the property. The property is 17 miles from Canterbury and 30 miles from Dover. Maidstone is 10.6 miles away whilst Rye is 47 miles away. The nearest airport is London Gatwick Airport, located 49 miles from the property. It is 54 miles to Southend Airport or 70 miles to London Heathrow Airport.

Obviously, reading other reviews,other people are seeing this property very differently from us!. On first impression seemed ok but the longer we spent in it, the worse it got.....Old, damaged furnit… More

Why can't I call Mitch (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mitch (the owner) a message.

If Mitch (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
