It is a structure independent of the main residence, this ensures privacy for all visitors to start from the entrance. Spacious, very comfortable, warm and clean. There are 2 bathrooms: 1 for each room. A fully equipped kitchen, a reading room, board games, to work with the pc make the stay very comfortable. In addition guest cars and vehicles will be safe in the car park. A valid WiFi service allows Internet browsing. An updated presence of tourist brochures, a network of food for every need and gastronomic suggestions make it pleasant residence. Also a perfect knowledge of the local area initiatives allow you to experience some great experiences. Also the proximity to locations of important historical and tourist lure like Turin and Aosta allow guests, in a very short time to get there and visit the beautiful Egyptian Cinema or museums such as the Royal Palace of Venaria that invokes so much Versailles.

Always present in talk, give advice and help, without being too pushy. Tips for a restaurant, a typical restaurant, to taste wines produced in the territory, to taste very good chocolate, jams, cheeses, honey or olive oil of the rare olive groves of mountain are some small details that our guests can, if they choose, receive.

Our guests often have told us that they felt like home. This for us is a beautiful compliment. In fact we would like to treat guests like friends which is nice welcome into your home.

The bed and breakfast is surrounded by nature, very quiet and you can enjoy the changing seasons from autumn to winter, from spring to summer. The Canavese is a land full of amazing features. Moraine Lakes hidden in the Woods, small medieval villages, walks in the forests of chestnut trees, hiking up mountains of over 2500 metres.

The bed and breakfast is a perfect spot to leave on foot or by bike (bikes we provide us free!) to venture among 5 Lakes, caves in the area. Ivrea is the most important and closest. Home of the historic factory in typewriters ' Olivetti ' is today a living heart of initiatives such as the historic Carnival which each year attracts thousands of tourists from around the world. Ivrea is also a city with a canoe ' stadium ' in fact repeatedly has been home to international championships of canoe.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
