Zebrusius's is a two-room apartment (35 m²) on the ground floor with a large terrace for exclusive use (25 square meters). It is located just 2 km from Bormio, at the bottom of the Valfurva valley in the village of San Nicolò, along the path on foot, in quiet surroundings, within walking distance of all necessary services (shops, pizzeria, restaurants, pharmacy, bank, bus stop, etc.), as well as meadows and forests. Casa Zebrusius is ski and bike-comfortable. free wifi internet. Located in a well-connected area, for 2 people, the apartment (35 m²) has a bedroom with a double bed or 2 single beds, a small independent kitchen and a bathroom with a shower window. At the disposal of a large equipped terrace and a dedicated room for bicycles and motorcycles. Casa Zebrusius has an agreement with the thermal centers QC Terme Bagni Nuovi and Bagni Vecchi QC: discounts (except for the big holidays) and preferred lanes if the reservation is made directly from the Zebrusius House. Services available, included in the final price: - Double bed with individual comforters and microfiber pillows - Sofa - Digital and satellite TV - Complete bedding for the bed / bath / kitchen - Kitchen furnished and equipped with induction hob, oven and fridge with freezer - Salt, sugar, oil, vinegar, soup cubes, spices, tea, chamomile tea and coffee; - Detergents and several rags - Bathroom with shower (70x70 cm), hairdryer and toiletries - Clothesline - Iron and ironing board - Use Washing machine (on request) - Storage bicycles, skiing and footwear - Equipment for small repairs and bicycle washing - Heated room for ski boots - Maps for hiking, biking and mountain biking - Information material - Private parking (suitable for small or medium cars), as well as additional parking spaces (free of charge) - Internet Wi-Fi - Final cleaning. The location is ideal for those who love peace and the possibility of being immersed in nature at the door, not to mention the comfort of being able to walk to all the necessary services (shops, pharmacy, post office, bank, pizzeria , restaurants, bars and bus stop). Bormio is only 5 minutes away by car or accessible via the new hiking / cycling route (partly on the asphalt) along the river. Livigno's duty-free zone is 40 km away. The ski facilities of Bormio (3 km) and those of Santa Caterina (8 km) are a short drive away. In addition to a free outdoor parking (for small or medium-sized cars) in the immediate vicinity of the house there are several free public car parks. For motorcycles and bicycles, a special room is provided. It is best to reach the area with your own transport. The apartment is located in the village of S. Nicolò Valfurva, a little away from the main road of Passo Gavia. Prices are always all inclusive (electricity consumption-water-heating, final cleaning, bed linen, towels and kitchen linen). The tax of 1.20 euro per person is being excluded, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (children under 12 years free). HOUSE RULES - Pets are not allowed. - No smoking inside the apartment and the house (and 'can take advantage of the outdoor spaces). - The apartment cannot be occupied by a number of people than those indicated in the reservation. - Check-in and fast check-out can be flexible, depending on the availability of the apartment. - There are no carry ski boots and skis inside the apartment.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Fulvio (the owner) a message.

If Fulvio (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
