Located right in Bosa's historical downtown, just off the Malaspina Castle in a quiet, pedestrian and unique area, about 2 Km from the sea, a spacious and beautiful house is built in an old tower with 3 floors in 240 sqm. It is fully furnished with 3 bedrooms (2 double, 1 twin) 3 bathrooms with shower, kitchen and living room. On top of the house there are two big terraces with amazing views.
The main old square is 5 minutes walking distance as well as all facilities.
Rooms are nicely furnished and conserve intact the original decorated pavements and walls.
The Tower House has been recently renewed with style, keeping the original beautiful internal shapes and decorations. We only received great and positive comments from our guests.
A few words about the climate: in summer time, due to the dry weather, temperatures are rarely perceived as too hot, moreover, the air is also cooled by the breeze coming from the sea. We do not have air conditioning ourselves and do not miss it. As a matter of fact the house itself, as it is built and from the position it is located, dissipates the heat during the day. In the evenings and at night it cools down anyway, so it can't be wrong to bring a cardigan.

Flights to Alghero from Stansted, Liverpool, East Midlands, Dublin. Also direct flights are availle from most european airports. Alghero is 40km away from Bosa. You travel south along the coast road, with spectacular views all the way.
Alghero airport is 56 km away from Bosa and it takes 1 hour driving by car and 1h 25min by bus.
Car hire is recommended, as there is a lot of exploring to be done. There are many car hire companies to choose from, including all the big firms at Alghero Airport. Alternatively there is an excellent public transportation service via bus which can take you to Bosa regularly from Alghero town and Alghero airport. Please check on internet for updated time schedule.
Other flights to Cagliari (3 hours) or Olbia (2 hours) are available as an alternative.
By boat from France, Spain and Italy arriving at Porto Torres, which is about 1 1/2 hours drive or arriving at Olbia which is 2 hours drive.

THE RIVER IS ALSO 5 MINUTES WALKING DISTANCE SHOULD YOU DECIDE TO RENT A BOAT .

Long sandy beach 2 km away. It takes no time to drive there, about 30m to walk. There is also a small bus that takes people over from the centre.
Bikes, motorbikes, canoe, kayak, windsurf, kite surf and boats can can rented nearby.
Other beautiful beaches are available up and down the coast, either sandy or rocky. The water is extremely clean and great for snorkeling. There is a local scuba diving school and speed boats to hire can also be arranged. Beach umbrella provided.
A tennis club is available nearby with 2 tennis courts.
The house is located in the old downtown, within walking distance of shops, bars, restaurants and market. Free car parking is nearby.
Crossing over to the East coast takes around two hours. Inland there are beautiful mountains and small towns.
Golf course is 40 min. from Bosa (driving range,executive course 3 holes par 9, main course 18 holes par 72)
