Description

This Brown Stone apartment is right in the heart of academic area of Boston Between Long Wood and Fen Way area. Two subway stations and bus terminal just 5 minutes walk away. Street parking , two hour limit during the day and free at night except snow emergency and street cleaning from Nov. to April Completely renovated 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms in Brown Stone style row house in Lower South End. Central air and heat, hardwood floor through out, walls of windows and high ceilings. Small but full kitchen with granite counter top, all stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, tiled bathrooms, and nice city views. Coin operated laundry facility in the basement. Private pass word protected WIFI. And smart . Everything is within walking distance very bright and sunny.with city views. Fenway park, Copley Sq , South End , Back Bay and MIT are all within walking distance.

There are 2 King beds in bedroom 1 and bedroom 2, 1 full sized bed in the bedroom 3. there is also a full sized mattress can added for free .Baby sofa bed and portable crib can be added free upon request.

Free overnight on street parking from 6 pm to 10am. Weekend (Saturday & Sunday) garage parking available at Northeastern University by Ruggles Station. Two Hour limit street parking from 10am to 6 pm on one side of st except street cleaning and snow emergency.

I have pass word entrance for check in after 4:00pm to any time of your arrival is not an issue. The Chinese take out restaurant on the 1st floor open daily till 2:00am

How do damage deposits work?
