Air conditioning in living room and ceiling fans in living room and bedroom. Nicely-equipped kitchen (including microwave, toaster oven, blender + coffee maker) will make you feel at home. Full Bath. Swimming pool. Coin-and-card-operated Washers and Dryers available in the laundry room located in the complex (not inside the apartment). Grounds, pool and unit are all well-maintained.
Cozy bedroom. Pleasant bathroom. Living room has large corner windows for good light and great ventilation. Kitchen appliances at your disposal (no dishwasher for now). Enjoy complementary coffee and tea at arrival.
Off-street, free, close-in parking. Stairs are shorter than would be expected since the first floor units are below grade, just 1 1/2 flights).
A cleaning fee of $100 is required to be paid at check in.

Close to CU and East Boulder Recreation Center.

The Neighborhood
Convenient crossroads in and out of Boulder, with close access to Highway 36, East Boulder Rec Center, and lots of local commerce. 8-10 minutes from historic downtown mall, closer to most additional commerce, and all University locations.
Getting around
RTD Bus Route 225 has service 7 days a week running just one block away. Route travels west directly to CU and proceeds from CU right to downtown central Boulder. Connects to other major bus routes around Boulder both on route and at the Central downtown station. (Route 206 also runs on week days)
House Rules:
1. Sorry, our unit is a pet-free unit. No smoking either, please, inside and within 20' from any building in the complex including the pool area. If trace of pets or smoking are found after check out, the security deposit will be held to cover professional cleaning (portion or in full).
2. The unit has carpet and we require you keep your shoes by the front door.
3. This is a condo unit, please be respectful to the neighbors by reducing noises close to zero between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am (this include pulling luggage down the stairs). Also by following the complex rules such as "no glass in the pool area". Thank you.
4. If you plan on using the pool and pool area, please be aware that the rule is that the pool is restrict to residents and their guests up to four at a time. Therefore we ask our guests not to bring any other person other than the ones occupying the apt.
