Located on the 4th floor with a balcony surrounding it, have you seen a church dating back to 1450, the Bois de Boulogne and off on Defense towers and the hills of Sevres and Saint-Cloud.

In a frame decoration is sober and elegant, in the heart of bucolic and peaceful neighborhood of Boulogne, you have 2 bedrooms, 1 large living / dining room, 1 fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom and toilet separated.

The rooms are all equipped with beautiful ceiling moldings.

The child's room is 20 m2 and has a single bed and a lot of extra mattresses if needed.

The adult room with a bed of 160 by 200 cm and 2m wardrobe with glasses.

The apartment has eight doors leading to the balcony.
