There is a Double Bedroom with a King Size Bed and a memory foam mattress topper (with a FLATSCREEN TV with FREEVIEW) - the bedroom has patio doors leading to the patio area. The lounge/diner has a bed settee to sleep 1 and a FLATSCREEN TV with FREEVIEW - FREE WIFI is available (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). The accommodation has a separate, modern kitchen including an ELECTRIC OVEN - ELECTRIC HOB - FRIDGE/FREEZER - WASHING MACHINE - MICROWAVE - SLIMLINE DISHWASHER. There is also a separate modern, fully tiled shower room and toilet.
OUTSIDE:
The apartment has an enclosed outside patio area with table and chairs. There is road parking available outside the property (please note that this is not guaranteed or reserved).

Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by Resort 2 Us. The main house (adjoined to this annex) has a video doorbell which records the front drive area. Please note that this property only accepts one child over the age of 5 years old. ALL ELECTRIC - INCLUDED.
THE LOCAL AREA:
At the end of the road you will find miles of safe, sandy beaches at Fisherman's Walk with its Victorian cliff lift lowering to the glistening waters below, an ideal beach location for those coastal lovers. There is a children's playground, crazy golf and the popular Café Riva serving food and beverages located on the cliff top and only a short walk from the property. This holiday apartments is also walking distance to Southbourne High Street for local shops including banks, post office, bespoke boutiques, bars and restaurants. Wick Village is a short drive away with Riverside walks and boating activities, a public slipway and 3-par golf course and driving range. There you will find Tuckton Tea Gardens and ferries that will take you to Christchurch Quay. Just nearby is also Hengistbury Head Nature Reserve where you can take the land train for easy access to Mudeford Sand spit. Christchurch town centre is just a short drive offering historic attractions, restaurants, a theatre and many other facilities. Bournemouth and Boscombe centres are also within easy reach by car for those visitors wishing to be involved in the more hustle and bustle of a traditional seaside town.
