Immaculate Boutique 2 Bed Coach house garden apartment attached to our 1930's detached house, located just a few roads back from the beach access point on Southbourne Overcliff. We have created a totally contemporary living environment whilst respecting the character of the period. There are 2 double bedrooms, one of which can be used as a twin or can be made up as a King double if required, the Master Bedroom has a luxury en-suite shower/bathroom. The family kitchen is brand new with quality fitted integrated appliances and has direct access to the dining hall and veranda. The character styled living room offers a cosy living environment with many character features including a log burning stove and benefits from a sofa bed. The garden is mainly laid to quality artificial grass with a sun deck and is in a southerly direction. There is off road car parking for 2 cars. We are located on the Eastern boundary of Bournemouth yet we are far closer to Christchurch with the River Stour nearby.

We live on site in the main part of the house so are available if you need anything. We can meet and show you where everything is located so you can fully enjoy your stay. Should you require an additional laundry change or clean during your stay let us know and this can be arranged for a small fee. We appreciate its your holiday so do not want to be in your way but if we can help in anyway, feel free to ask. We know are area very well and would be happy to talk through all of the social amenities available upon arrival. We expect you to have a really peaceful, relaxing stay and we shall do everything when can to assist in this objective.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Richard (the owner) a message.

If Richard (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
