We'd like to welcome you to our apartment in Hartford Court, East Cliff, Bournemouth. Hartford Court is a modern apartment block situated in walking distance of the wonderful Bournemouth beaches, pier and town centre. Our apartment is a 7 minute stroll to the beach via a footpath, and within easy walking distance of all other facilities including bars, restaurants, banks and supermarkets. Other towns in the area; Poole and Boscombe are easily accessible via the nearby bus stop.

It's perfect for holidays, weekend breaks and for visiting family or friends.

Our apartment is located on the second floor, accessed by lift (elevator) or stairs. The accommodation is furnished to a high standard and consists of 3 bedrooms: master bedroom and en-suite bathroom, a further 2 double bedrooms, another bathroom, kitchen and lounge. Each bedroom can either be arranged as 2 single beds or as king beds giving you the flexibility to choose your preferred arrangement. The apartment can sleep up to 6 people.

About the Apartment

 The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you’ll need for a relaxing holiday including linen, towels, TV, DVD player, WIFI, dishwasher and washing machine. We’ve made sure there are plenty of pots, pans and cutlery. If you drive there is an allocated car parking space just outside the main entrance to the apartment. Bed linen and towels (not beach) are provided. You will be met and shown around by one of our family who'll be happy to help you during your holiday. On stays over 10 days a cleaning and laundry service is provided once a week. Additional maid services can be arranged at cost.

 A 7 minute walk through a quiet residential road and a short footpath brings you to the top of one of many so called “zig-zag” paths that give you stunning views as you walk down towards miles of beautiful sandy beaches.

 A stroll along either the beach or the paved promenade in either direction will bring you in one direction to the many attractions of Bournemouth and the pier and in the other towards Boscombe pier, the surf reef and the trendy Urban Beach Café.

 The BIC, Pier, Shopping Centre paddle board, surf school, Jurassic coast, Sandbanks, Studland are all within easy reach

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Christine (the owner) a message.

If Christine (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
