Set within easy walking distance of Bracklesham beach Kalami is in the perfect holiday spot for a family wanting to be near the sea. Sleeping a total of seven this newly refurbished bungalow offers everything you need to comfortably self-cater during your stay.

From the entrance hall you will find yourself in Kalami's light and airy living room that loops around to the dining area and kitchen. With a large patio door you can look out across the good-sized garden while you eat your homemade breakfast, lunch or dinner. Or of course just sit with the doors open with a glass of something bubbly and enjoy the summer evening.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. In the utility area you will find a further sink and washing machine.

Kalami has three bedrooms, one double, one twin which can convert to a double and a bunk bed room with a double as the bottom bunk. Between the bedrooms there is a family bathroom with shower over the bath and further along in the house just passed the utility room there is also a separate shower room with toilet. With easy access from the garden it makes is easy to clean up after windsurfing down at the Bay.

You can park your car off road at this property along the driveway or make use of the garage if you like.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
