Anna Maria Island Beach Palace offers incredible views in every direction because it’s situated in the best location on the entire island! The island is only 150 yards wide where this 3-story condo is located. The Gulf of Mexico is merely 75 yards to the west, and Florida’s Intracoastal Waterway is 75 yards to the east.

Relax on the 3rd-floor, ceramic-tiled balcony with screened-in lanai, and gaze out across the serene aquamarine Gulf waters, the Intracoastal Waterway, and Florida’s Sunshine Bridge over Tampa Bay and the Bradenton Beach Marina. The sea breeze is scented with jasmine and frangipani. Fresh air and the sounds of the surf will lower your blood pressure and make you glad to be alive!

As they say in real estate; location, location, location! Well, you just can’t beat this location. This 4br/3ba luxury beach condo with a large garage is located in a bicycle/pedestrian friendly area just 350 feet from Cortez beach, steps away from great beach-front restaurants. Perfect for families/multi-family groups, snowbirds, groups of friends, or boating enthusiasts, Beach Palace is the ideal island getaway. Walk to the Bradenton Beach Marina for day docks or dry dock storage!

This 2,678 sq ft luxury condo is one-half of a duplex (shared wall format with extra thick/soundproof wall.) But everything about the condo is private, not shared. Every upgrade imaginable is present in this condo, which is why guests often describe it as a “palace!”

Most recently, the Beach Palace has been updated with a new private heated pool (heated between Thanksgiving and April 30), a covered alfresco dining area, a new private wet bar, a new private built-in gas grill, and new private full outdoor kitchen with granite countertops and a wine fridge! This outdoor entertaining area enhances the value of this idyllic island escape!

Enjoy granite countertops in the kitchen & bath, French country-style gourmet kitchen with elegant hardwood cabinetry, beautiful wood flooring, living area with volume ceilings, recessed lighting on dimmer switches, three lanais offering partial water-views, laundry room w/ granite counters and utility sink, luxurious bedrooms with wall-to-wall carpeting and soothing coastal colors, professional interior design and elegant decor. The master bedroom has a private balcony, as well as a huge, spa-like, ensuite bath with an oversize jacuzzi soaking tub, separate showers, and double-sink granite vanity.

There’s high-speed WiFi, HD TV with over 200 channels, unlimited long-distance calling, and countless more luxury amenities! Living:

This bright, spacious, open-design living room has hardwood floors, a Persian-style rug, large windows, an elegant curved sofa and loveseat, nicely arranged around a large coffee table, and an entertainment center with HDTV. There’s cable TV, a DVD player, a selection of DVDs, and plenty of family-friendly games! Volume ceilings, clerestory windows, and sliding glass doors that open out to the large lanai-balcony, allow for plenty of natural light in this coastal-style room.

This living room has an upscale but comfortable vibe; a family-friendly gathering space for easy conversation, cozying up with a book or kicking back to stream your favorite shows or movies. Envision gathering for family game nights or reading bedtime stories on this comfortable sofa beside extraordinary window views.

Kitchen/Dining:

The open-concept design of the kitchen/living/dining area makes for easy entertaining. The chef’s kitchen has a distinct French-country ambiance, with plentiful, French cream color hardwood cabinets, rich and dark granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances including a French door fridge/freezer, an electric range, and oven, a hood-mounted microwave, gorgeous apron-front porcelain, Farmhouse-style sink with oil rubbed bronze fixtures, and a dishwasher.

This fully-equipped, French-Country gourmet kitchen has cookware, pots, pans, baking sheets, wine glasses, mugs, utensils, cheese board, service for 12, a toaster, blender, Keurig and drip coffee maker, as well as chef’s caliber sharp cutlery in a designated drawer.

This is the most bogus review possible with the sole intent of financial gain. The Beach Palace is a beautiful four bedroom, three bathroom five thousand square foot house providing every amenity possible plus a private heated pool, plus a full outdoor kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, gas grill and much more. Located with in a one minute walk of the beach and twelve restaurants within a few minutes walk. There was a problem with the main floor guest sink which was immediately address and parts ordered. When the parts did not arrive I had a new taps installed. I personally made several trips to the house when the guests for some reason could not perform a simple task of pressing the power button on the remote to turn the television on, they could not perform a simple task of opening a gate and the list goes on and on. A one star review is bad joke. I was going to refund the guests five hundred dollars for their inconvenience. I think I am a fair person. Do I think this is fair review not a chance.

How do damage deposits work?
