ACCOMMODATIONS:

The Beach Palms 7A is a gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom first floor condo that sleeps 6, a boat and fishing dock, heated pool, and 2 parking spots. The north balcony is a private balcony directly over looking the heated pool and it accessed by 2 sets of sliding glass doors from the living room. The white sand beaches are 125 yards to the west which is a one minute walk. Enjoy the best of both worlds with the Florida’s Intra-Coastal Waterway on the east side of the condo and the pool and Gulf of Mexico on the west side of the condo.

-Primary bedroom - one king bed

-Second bedroom - one queen bed - one twin bed

-Living room - one queen sleeper sofa

Full Bathroom 2: Second washroom. Provide accommodations that are clean and comfortable and fully equipped so that you can enjoy your vacation to the fullest. The following terms and conditions are to ensure that our properties are kept in the condition equal to the time you arrived.

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations received 60 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations received 31 days prior to the arrival date will receive a 50% refund. We encourage all guests to purchase the cancellation insurance offered.

OCCUPANCY

Occupancy is restricted to the number of guests clearly stated in the lease agreement. Violation of this policy may result in immediate eviction without compensation as per the lease agreement. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.

NOISE ORDINANCE

The island does have a noise ordinance after 10pm, this ordinance pertains to any loud music or loud sounds coming from the property after this hour. If the police or the management company is called due to the renters disturbing the peace we do reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT TIMES

Arrivals: On or after 3pm Departure: by 10 am

PETS

No animals or reptiles of any description will be kept in or on premises. Violation of this policy will result in a $500.00 special cleaning charge applied to your credit card on file and immediate eviction without compensation.

SMOKING

All our accommodations are SMOKE-FREE. The TENANT agrees to restrict any smoking to the outdoors. Smoking inside the condo, house or on the balconies is not permitted. Violation of the policy will result in a $500.00 special cleaning charge applied to your credit card on file and immediate eviction without compensation.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
