This annexe is all on one level and is situated near the Devon town of Holsworthy! and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.Goslings is a cosy annexe cottage situated in the rural village of Bradford, near Holsworthy. The cottage sleeps four people and has one double bedroom, a twin room and a family bathroom. There is an open plan area with a kitchen, sitting area and dining area with doors to the enclosed garden. Outside there is seating on the patio and a lawned area and off road parking for one car. A rural escape with easy access to the coast, this is a wonderful cottage for a family or couples holiday.

Amenities: Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing dryer. TV/ DVD, WIFI. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot & Highchair provided. Off road parking for 1 car on a cobble and grass drive. Enclosed lawn garden with furniture. 2 pets welcome at £20 each per week. Sorry, no smoking. Shops 7 mile, pub 3 miles. Beach 17 miles.

Region: Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Town: The ancient market town of Holsworthy lies nestled amid the rolling green hills of Tarka Country. There are many different landscapes within the region, from rugged cliffs and sandy beaches to rolling farmland and lush valleys. Holsworthy has much to offer, including a swimming pool, tennis court and splendid park with bowling green. The town centre boasts a varied selection of traditional shops, pubs and cafés, based around the market square. There is an 18-hole golf course just outside the town, while the local area is rich with opportunities for fishing, sailing, cycling and walking. The sandy beaches at Bude are within easy reach, while further afield visitors can explore the changing face of the South West Coastal Path, dramatic Exmoor and Dartmoor, and unspoilt Bodmin Moor, or simply relax in the quiet countryside that typifies North Devon.
