This modern characterful house, close to the beach in the popular Devon village of Branscombe can sleep six people in three bedrooms.2 Smugglers Close is a neat cottage on a quiet lane less than ½ mile from the beach in Branscombe. The cottage sleeps six people in a one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, sharing a family bathroom. Also on the ground floor are a sitting room, and a kitchen with dining area and gorgeous countryside views. Outside is a small sitting out area and parking for two cars. Just a short stroll from the excellent pub and close to the beach, 2 Smugglers Close is a charming base for a holiday in Devon.

Amenities: Electric panel heaters with night storage heating. Microwave, fridge, fridge-freezer, washer-dryer, dishwasher, Freeview TV with DVD, WiFi, Phone incoming calls only only. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair available on request. Off road parking for two cars. One well-behaved small/medium dog welcome. Sorry no smoking. There is no garden at the property but it is surrounded by beautiful National Trust Land. Pub 1 minute walk from the property.. Travel Cot by request. Removable stairgate. Note: As from Friday 3rd November this property will be a Friday changeover

Region: Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Town: Beer is a small picturesque fishing village on the south Devon coast near Seaton. The shingle beach is very sheltered, backed by limestone cliffs and was once fertile smuggling territory, plus contraband was hidden in nearby caves, which are now a popular tourist attraction
