Sleep and live comfortably in this fresh, beautiful, two bedroom, two bath condo with vaulted ceilings. The best alternative to an ordinary Branson hotel stay! *Recent upgrades include new stove, new queen size bed in m/bdrm, new water heater, new central AC system and more!

Note - This is our Branson escape condo while were in town so we take pride to keep it clean and comfortable for all. * This condo does not include access to Diamond timeshare resort facilities.

THE PERFECT LOCATION!

This 'home-away-from-home' is conveniently located in Fall Creek Resort, just over two miles from the Branson 'Strip' (Highway 76) and a few minutes from Table Rock Lake and Dam. 13 minutes to Silver Dollar City, and minutes to all other major Branson attractions, restaurants, shows, shops, historic downtown Branson/ Branson Landing, Shepherd of the Hills, White Water theme park and more.

On site Marina, fishing dock, beautiful grounds and peaceful area. Two beautiful lakes and World-class golf courses nearby.

ENJOY A DAY FISHING OR BOATING AT EITHER LAKE Resort is located right on "Lake Taneycomo" and just a few miles from beautiful "Table Rock Lake" providing some of the best fly-fishing in the state of Missouri. Enjoy boat rentals at the Fall Creek Marina or a short drive takes you to the State Park Marina on Table Rock Lake which offers jet skis, boat rentals, scuba diving, guided fishing trips, water skiing & more. Dewey Short Visitor Center and Moonshine Beach only 2 miles away.

Fully furnished with everything you need to enjoy your stay. * Full kitchen * Kids love the upstairs bedroom and trundle bunk beds.* Hi-speed internet with wifi.* Downstairs bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed. * The living room is equipped with a pull out, queen-size sleeper sofa, DVD player, flat-screen TV, Roku system w/ local channels. Select videos also available.* One full bathroom downstairs.* The full size kitchen features a stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, dishes and utensils. * Upstairs bedroom features a double bed with twin bunk.* Upstairs bathroom has sink, toilet and shower.* Stackable washer and dryer available, limited capacity. * New A/C 2019, central heat and air.* Towels and linens are provided.* Deck with table & chairs. * Parking right in front of the building (*must use parking pass during your stay and return before you leave) condo is directly in front of steps upstairs.

Plenty of grassy areas with room for playing catch, football, frisbee, or just a place for kids to play. This condo is NON-SMOKING.

We do require a refundable deposit which will be returned after inspection from our housekeeping. If something breaks or is damaged, please let us know. We want you to enjoy our condo but we also would like for you to take care of it like your own!

Dear Peggy, I am sorry and surprised to read your review here. We really pride ourselves on maintaining excellent reviews and since this is our second home, we take extra care to make sure our condo is kept nice, clean and comfortable for our guests as well as our family while here visiting. If there were any issues in the condo you never mentioned them in our communications so that was surprising as well to find out this way? We did our best to accommodate you on a last minute rental and even gave you our lowest rate with no deposit required. Our listing clearly states the condo is upstairs and is a loft style floor plan on the details page and there are pictures that reflect this as well. The loft bedroom has a "trundle bed" which is also listed with pictures. Since we do not require a deposit, as many others do, we do ask our guests to take a few steps to insure the condo is left in good condition before our maid service comes in to clean and disinfect. We work on the trust system with this by not requiring a deposit and so far it has been mostly positive from everyone. This is pretty standard in any condo or individual home rental agreement. So other than that, not much else can be done about your review with us. But I will state in addition to this that given our beautiful area, the amount of space we offer, the long list of fun activities and amenities we have here and the affordable nightly rate we offer, we are one of the best places to stay while in Branson. I know this because I lived here for many years and now stay here several times a year when we get away for fun. While it is clear you can't please everyone, we will always strive to do our very best because it is important and matters, to our guests and to us. Sincerely, Sherree

Awesome time!! Enjoyed pool...hot tub.. rec room..movie at outdoor pool. Putt putt ...ping pong ... could have just stayed at resort and relaxed but not enough days to see everything .

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Sherree (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
