Our spacious, open 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom split-floor-plan *Hideaway at Holiday Hills* condo with full kitchen and private back deck has 1,000 square feet of room to stretch out. Tucked away in a secluded area of the popular Holiday Hills golf resort, it's walking distance to the golf course but away from the main entry for peace and quiet.

The spacious living room has a 43-inch 1080p LED Smart HDTV with smart Blu-ray player and a pull-out sofa that can comfortably sleep two plus a pull-out love seat that can sleep one. You can connect your own streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime Video to the Smart TV and watch all you want on the big screen!

The master suite has a super-comfortable queen bed with a brand-new mattress and linens and a 32-inch 1080p LED Smart HDTV with DVD player. The master bath has double vanities, a shower, and a walk-in closet.

The second suite has a super-comfortable queen bed with a brand-new mattress and linens and a 32-inch 1080p LED Smart HDTV and its own, separate full bathroom with tub and shower.

Free fast cable modem Internet is included, as is cable TV.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities of home. There's both a dining table and bar seating available.

Our private back deck has a table for outdoor dining or relaxation and a lovely view over the golf course greens.

We also provide a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

Holiday Hills Resort and Golf Club is a secure, gated community. As our guests, many resort amenities are available to you. A seasonal outdoor pool is a short walk away, and other outdoor pools, a hot tub, a fitness facility, basketball and tennis courts, a game room, theater room, catch and release fishing pond, playgrounds, volleyball and shuffleboard courts, and much more are available in the resort complex. The Holiday Hills golf course our deck overlooks is a PGA-certified 18-hole championship golf course.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
