Located in the center of Brescia, in the immediate vicinity of Piazzale Arnaldo, the completely independent apartment is on the first floor and overlooks the park. The apartment has just been renovated and looked after in detail. It is charming, welcoming and suitable for both tourist and business clients. It consists of a bright living area consisting of a living area suitable for conversation and relaxation, a dining area and a modern and equipped kitchen that will allow you to prepare breakfasts, lunches and dinners. The sleeping area, completely independent from the living area, consists of two double bedrooms with balconies and a single bedroom. All rooms have a 40 "smart TV. The main bathroom is equipped with a whirlpool bath and multifunctional shower cabin, with music, steam bath and hydrotherapy: the massaging action of the water meets the warm embrace of the steam to offer you a complete relaxation, regenerating for the body and satisfying for the spirit, to try after a busy day full of commitments. Why can't I call ALLORI (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send ALLORI (the owner) a message.

If ALLORI (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
