Ancient ruins, renovated in keeping with the surroundings that retains all the original features of the structure. The interiors have been treated with great care. E 'completely coated fir wood as all the furniture. Inside is fine furniture that give the house a charming antique flavor. The predominance of the wood makes the warm and cozy home. The cottage is independent, on 3 levels. On the ground floor the living area, very bright and welcoming is composed of a dining room with large heavy table, a kitchen with kitchenette with gas, dishwasher, stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, provisioning. Also on the ground floor has a relaxation area with turkish bath, multi-sensory shower with lights and bathroom, all covered with antique wooden planks. On the first floor we have the TV area with two comfortable sofas and living room with antique round table. It continues in the chamber matrimoniale.Anche from this floor is accessed directly from the ballatoio.Recentemente garden is a second bathroom been realized. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, one double and one quadruple also furnished them with care and with spruce wood furniture. Externally the house has a large garden with table 10 seats in wood ideal for outdoor meals or snacks. They are available to guests of the sun loungers. There is also a small laundry room with washing machine with access from the outside. The structure is particularly suitable for families and small groups of friends tranquilitò lovers of nature and warmth of the mountains. E 'absolutely forbidden to smoke inside the cabin. We accept small pets on request.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send WALTER (the owner) a message.

    If WALTER (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
