This sunny 65 sqm 2 bedroom flat is located right in the center of Cervinia, behind the church of the main square, in the immediate neighborhood of the pedestrian area with all its restaurants, cafes, and shops, and next to the "Cretaz" ski area (you can reach the chair lifts after 5 min walk from apartment). There is a slope that stops right next to the condominium, so you can ski almost up to the door of the condominium. The flat is located on the 4th floor (lift) and consists of:
LIVING ROOM with dining area, sleeper sofa, flatscreen TV, DVD player with English-speaking DVDs selection, Radio/ CD player/ MP3 port via USB, small balcony (view on "Il Cervino" mountain, slopes and the ice skating rink);
LARGE MASTER BEDROOM with queen bed, radio/ alarm clock & small balcony;
SECOND (SMALL) BEDROOM with 1 bunk-bed (sleeps 2) plus pull-out bed (sleeps 1), flatscreen TV & DVD player with USB port for MP3 or portable hard drives;
SMALL KITCHEN with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, American and Italian style coffee makers;
BATHROOM with shower, WC, bidet and washer & dryer machine (dryer a real asset during a skiing vacation!);
BASEMENT: private ski storage for your skis and boots (heated).
The apartment is set-up to host maximum 5-6 people. Everything you need is in close distance: Supermarket, gourmet shop, wine shop, pastisserie, bakery, boutiques, ski rental shops, ski schools and ski lift ticket offices all within 5 min walking distance. Ideal for families of 5-6 (kids-friendly with toys in apartment and DVD selection for kids). Free public uncovered parking in 5 min walking distance (you can load & unload directly at condominium). Wi-fi available against fee. Linen and towels can be provided upon request (fee, please reserve). A dedicated covered car parking can be provided in the basement of the condominium upon request at an additional charge.

“Fantastic apartment for skiing in Cervinia!”
The perfect location for skiing in cervinia, just a short walk from the ski shops and the lift. We decided to go at short notice and the owner and the management agency went to great lengths to ensure we had the directions and to get access to the apartment. Very welcoming apartment and well equipped. Thanks for a fantastic weekend's skiing!

cosy furniture, main ski lift within easy reach, very convenient as shops and supermarket are nearby and everything can be reached by walking. Plus nice views on the mountains from the apartment

I was in this apartment with my family, i chose it especially for the location and my choice was fully confirmed. In 5 minutes only you can reach walking the ski slopes, with small children has been a great help. The apartment is fully equipped and also there is a stunning view on the mountains. Highly recommended !!
