From the owner

The apartment is 35 square meters and very centrally located, on the second floor of the Alga building. There are broad views of the valley and of the Grandes Murailles on one side and of the ski slopes and the Matterhorn on the other side.

Located in Cervinia, a few meters from the pedestrian street via a private driveway. It offers tranquility and an excellent view, away from the noise of car traffic.

The apartment has a private bathroom with shower, bidet, sink, hot water heater, and hair dryer. Washing machine available. The living room has a comfortable table for 4 people. 28-inch television with digital decoder.

There are products for household cleaning: brooms, vacuum cleaner, detergent and products for washing dishes, floors, etc. The kitchen is well-equipped (includes microwave, stove, refrigerator and most relevant accessories to allow for food preparation with complete dinnerware including plates, glasses, coffee cups, coffee pot, espresso coffee machine, dish washer).

There are 2 single beds in a separate room and one sofa bed in the living room.

The apartment has a private parking space in the basement (available on request), directly accessible by internal stairs. There is a shared storage space for skis and a large courtyard where you can also park your car for free. It has three windows and a balcony. The apartment is comfortable for two adults with children. Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis.

Individual key locked bike room and storage area available in summer or Ski room and storage area in winter, with private access.

Sheets, Towels, Blankets, and a 0,5L bottle of natural water are provided for each person.

One roll of toilet paper is always available.

Soap and shower gel are available for immediate needs.

Private covered garage is available at a cost of 5 euro per day.

Parking in the courtyard is always available for FREE.

2 minute walk to reach Cretaz ski slopes.

1-2 minute walk to reach the downtown pedestrian area with shops and services.

The farthest location from the apartment is the church, just a 4-5 minute walk.

Ideal for those who want to stay in the heart of Cervinia, a few steps from the shops, the ski slopes, and the golf club. Located on a street with restricted access for residents only, the apartment is very quiet and has a great view of the mountains.

Less than two hundred meters from the apartment you can find: ski slopes with chairlifts that connect to all systems of Cervinia, Zermatt and Valtournenche, skating rink, cross-country skiing, shops and sporting goods and rental skis and equipment, grocery stores, boutiques, restaurants at various price levels, pizzerias, discos, bars, pubs, bank, pharmacy, ATM, post office, church, ski schools, free outdoor parking, doctor's office.
