This unit is a rare gem, located in the Copper Chase Condominium Complex in Brian Head, UT. It has 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom is upstairs with 2 Queen beds in it. The other bedroom is downstairs with a king size bed. There is a loft that has a bunk bed set to accommodate kids. There is a third bunk bed on the top of the set and no one should sleep on that one. Comfortably sleeps 6 adults with two queen beds (upstairs) and one king bed. Its great floor plan allows for a nice open feel. It has a gas fireplace with remote control thermostat in the living room and also an electric fireplace in the Master bedroom. This unit is comfortable and cozy. It is an amazing home away from home for anyone.

This unit is located on the 3rd floor of the complex.

There is underground parking for your convenience.

Our Complex also is set for ski out capabilities to the Navajo Mountain. Please remember we are a condo complex, not a hotel. Please contact your Property Manager for any assistance you might require. All units are individually furnished, please ask Property Manager if your condo has a specific amenity. (i.e. blow dryers, crock pots, roasting pans etc.)

PLEASE NOTE: NIGHTLY RATE DOES NOT INCLUDE CLEANING FEE OR TAX

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN ANY COPPER CHASE UNITS BY RENTAL GUESTS. YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $250 FEE, PLUS A $50.00 PER HOUR FEE TO CLEAN THE UNIT. NO EXCEPTIONS.
