From the owner

3 bedroom apartment in central Briancon 300 metres to the ski lifts Prorel which accesses Serre Chevalier ski resort. Directly parallel to 'Rue Centrale' the apartment is close to bars & restaurants, shops, 2 supermarkets, chemist, swimming pool and the train station. The apartment is bright with balcony sliding doors and mountain views from all bedrooms. There is a wood burner, wooden floors, underfloor heating so you are comfortable for your stay. Bedrooms also have additional wall heaters. Bathrooms have underfloor heating and towel heaters. Apartment Klimt has a large 300l water boiler so lots of hot water. There is professional kitchen with island and dining for up to 10 inside aswell as on the terrace. The apartment is great for entertaining or cooking large family meals. There is a raclette machine and fondu set for your use. Bedrooms come made-up with linen and towels. Two are en-suite and the other bedroom has access to one of the bathrooms. Bathrooms have underfloor heating, towel heaters, 1 with bath, one with Italian rain shower.Apartment Klimt has lots of outside space with a 25m2 south facing sun terrace. Secure parking is 80 metres away and free parking a couple of minutes away.

Spacious apartment, well equipped, fantastic views

Stayed here with L&C for the last week of their trip. The apartment is probably the best equipped we have ever been in in a ski resort. Enjoyed the town especially the views from the old town.

Why can't I call Rumble (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rumble (the owner) a message.

If Rumble (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
