1 minute from the beach, 5 minutes from Churchill Square - you really can't ask for a better location in Brighton whether you're looking for a glorious beach holiday, fantastic shopping, lively night life or superb restaurants. This place has it all virtually on the doorstep!

Outstanding views. One could argue, the best in Brighton & Hove.

This lovely first floor apartment has been recently refurbished to a very high standard; with a stunning modern bathroom and kitchen whilst keeping original features such as a feature marble surround fireplace and corniced ceilings. The main drawing room is the main attraction, it's so easy to while away the hours taking in the beautiful view which can be seen through the floor to ceiling windows.

Parking:

Regency Square secure car park is under the grass in the middle of Regency Square. It is very modern, has CCTV throughout, there are 507 spaces, 24 hour secure access. Cheaper rates available through the JustPark website.

“Great!”

Lovely apartment, spotless and very comfortable. Looks exactly like the photos. Really lovely location a stones throw from the beach and town centre and a short walk to the pier, lanes and eateries. The balcony was an added bonus and the chair looking out to the sea was a great spot to sit and chill/read. Would definitely go back.

This apartment is very clean and comfortable and the location is perfect. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need for self catering, although with so many fantastic eateries you might not need to cook! Simon the owner is very friendly and went out of his way to make our stay perfect. We will definitely book again.

The owner was very helpful and answered any questions I had within a couple of hours. The flat was in a perfect location. Underground car park right out the front, also if you were lucky to get a space, parking outside the flat on main road although I don't know the parking costs for that. I would suggest googling for parking and booking beforehand as it's cheaper. It was a few minutes walking distance to seafront or the road behind had various restaurants and The Lanes was in close proximity too. The flat itself was immaculate. Very clean and gave us that cozy welcoming feel. We never needed for anything as it was all supplied there. So glad we were able to gain entry via a keysafe rather than meet owner as we got held up in traffic so no panicking about meeting up with owner. One thing I feel I have to mention is the mattress was too firm for us and we were unable to sleep due to it being so uncomfortable plus my husband is 6ft tall and his feet couldn't hang off the end of the bed due to a board at the end of the bed. Maybe the option of a soft mattress topper might help those who prefer a softer bed, especially for people like me with back and knee problems. We decided to try the sofa bed because of this but the part that pulls out was even firmer so I had to try and squeeze onto the end corner part where it was softer. But that's a personal preference for us and wouldn't stop us from renting here again for a night or two in the future. We loved it and would definitely go back. This is a tricky one as different people prefer different levels of firmness (I have already had someone contact me in response to your review saying "We're coming in two weeks, we love a firm bed, please don't change anything!"). The mattress is a Hypnos hotel quality one - the same used in every Premier Inn and many other hotels. I have taken your advice and purchased a soft mattress topper which is not in the property should anyone want to use it. Many thanks Simon

Fabulous apartment in a brilliant central location. Had everything we needed and was in walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. The only negatives were the broken bin and extra door locks hanging off but didn't ruin the stay. Would definitely stay again

We have since replaced the bin and regarding the escutcheons which didn't fully cover the keyholes; we spent three days cutting out squares in both sides of the door around the two locks, then making wooden pieces to fit into the new square holes perfectly, gluing those in, then drilling new circular holes for the keys to fit through, then sanding, priming and painting it all. The escutcheons fit perfectly now. Thank you Simon

“Great apartment with Victorian charm”

Lovely apartment on the first floor in a Victorian terraced street overlooking Regency Square with a huge bay window with side views to the sea and near to the new 'I' 360 observation tower. Great position near to the sea and walking distance to the town centre and the lanes. It had a fully equipped kitchen (no washing machine) and beautiful bathroom. Bedroom was ok but sadly the bed was very uncomfortable and we woke each day with terrible back ache! The only thing that let the apartment down was the shabby entrance hall and stairway. It was clean but in dire need of a lick of paint and a new carpet. Also another worrying point was the main front door was often left open by other residents of the building which was a little disturbing with regards to security as there were a few ' undesirables' often hanging around the square area. Parking in Brighton is a bit of an issue. We payed £80 for the week in a nearby private car park. It's all permit only parking. Overall a great week. Would definetely recommend.

This is a very expensive top spec Hypnos hotel standard mattress (the same one used in Premier Inn nationwide). All of the other reviews we've had about the mattress have said how good it is. When myself and my family have stayed there we've always slept very well. Re-decoration of the hall and stairs including carpets is all paid for and is due to begin shortly. (Persuading and then getting the money out of 8 flats has taken ages but it's now paid for an due to start). I have asked the maintenance company to increase the strength of the spring on the front door. It should close automatically. This will be fixed this week. Thank you Simon

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Simon (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
