All-inclusive rates for either up to 5 people from £109 - ideal for couples, a group of friends or larger families appreciating the independence of two interconnected apartments (for the price of 1) with ensuite and additional spa bathroom. Relaxing, freshly decorated, luxury compact Ground Floor apartment(s) with direct seaview, brand new 'home away', offering plenty of activities in- and outside, with the beach or an inspiring range of boutiques, coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, cafes, newsagents, supermarket and discounter all only a stone's throw away - start cooking while your pals or kids are finishing their basket or volleyball game on the beach.

Large south-east facing bay window with further dual aspect so sunny all around. Decorated with pine floorboards, flatscreen TVs, dvd player, dock station speakers and lots of games including a pool / table tennis table to be stored away in a corner.

There are two separate bedrooms / apartments for the price of 1 (separated by an internal corridor):-

- one currently laid out with a double mezzanine bed, (on request an optional king size bed can be made underneath the mezzanine). (West wing: 2 people),

- the other bedroom/apartment with a firm foam mattress bed (190cm x 140cm), separated by an elegant folding door from the main lounge which contains an additional sofa bed (190cm x 110cm) for one person (South East wing: up to 3 people). The 'South East wing' comes with a fully equipped compact kitchen area (fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, 3 ceramic hobs, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, oven and microwave). Therefore, Cannon Spa offers great flexibility and the choice is all yours. In addition, there is a fully enclosed, separate whirlpool with massage and steam spa function.

All bathrooms have towel heaters, and towels and bedsheets are 100% Egyptian Cotton. Gas central heating warms everything up in minutes with instant hot water in all bathrooms and kitchen(s).

May also suitable for people with restricted mobility due to ground floor level with easy access from the street but unfortunately not meeting lifetime home standards. Without blue badge car is not recommended due to parking restrictions or high costs in city centre location.

Linen and towels (weekly change), end cleaning costs (as opposed to basic cleaning to be done by holidaymaker) and all utilities - gas, electricity, water, TV, wifi - are all included in the rental rates. There are no further fees for anything else except if you wanted to book the spa or the push along scooters. Otherwise, what you see in the pricing tables are all inclusive rates with refundable damage deposit.

Brighton is the vibrant cultural centre of the South coast, and is regularly called the gay capital with its open-minded and liberal take on life. This is exemplified by the Prince Regent - well known for his decadent and playful lifestyle for whom the masterpiece, the Pavillion, was built. The narrow throughfares and 'twittens' that characterise the area were built to the original medieval town plan. Explore Brighton's history at the Fishing Museum and cultural quarter where the city's museum can be found.

A stroll out to sea will take you on Brighton's last remaining pier - one of Britains most visited free attractions, or take a ride on the Volks – England's oldest electric railway with the halfway station just a few steps down from Brighton Bijou. In summer open top buses are one of the best ways to see Brighton and the surrounding South Downs National Park.

ARTS & CULTURE

Brighton is home to artists, designers, writers, pop stars, actors and creative people of all kinds. Perhaps that's why the arts are so much part of everyday life here. Just walking round you will see art and sculpture on the street and beachfront, and there are galleries and studios showing up-and-coming work by local talent. Brighton is home to many street artists' work either commissioned or less 'unofficial' for those seeking a more urban feel.

In May you will catch the annual Brighton Festival and Fringe, which takes over the city as the biggest arts fiesta in England. For four weeks, tens of thousands of people come to see hundreds of events from contemporary dance and lunchtime recitals to street theatre performances and artists' open houses. The Great Escape runs at the same time and has now become a firm favourite with new music afficionados of all styles. Throughout the year there are festivals of jazz, dance and animated theatre, heritage weekends, plays, live music, opera, fringe theatre, cinema, comedy and cabaret - come in December for the spectacular Burning of the Clocks Parade.

Just out of Brighton you will find Glyndebourne for opera lovers and the Charleston Book festival.

Why can't I call Bernd (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Bernd (the owner) a message.

If Bernd (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
