Luxury THEMED group accommodation in the centre of Brighton. Close to the Brighton Conference Centre, Royal Pavilion, Dome Theatre and right by the seafront.

Ideal for large families or groups of up to 24 friends or colleagues who wish to hire private self catering accommodation on a nightly basis.

Stay in the impressive and whimsical Wonderland House. All bookings include towels, linen and best of all, exclusive use of the Madhatter dining room/kitchen. There are 3 shower rooms and an additional WC. All the 6 beautiful bedrooms are individually designed to a luxurious standard. The very best option in town.

For groups of up to 16 guests hire WONDERLAND ROOMS. This is a section of the property called Wonderland House (only without The Rabbit Hole additional floor) and is available to book at a reduced rate during mid-week (Monday to Thursday nights, please ask). WONDERLAND ROOMS is not available for hire at weekends. To hire this property at weekends please book "Wonderland House" which includes The Rabbit Hole additional floor and can sleep up to 24 guests.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jacqueline (the owner) a message.

If Jacqueline (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
