Parkers Pad is located in the ever popular Seven Dials area of Brighton which retains a strong village & community vibe: everything you need is on your door step: From delis to flower shops, cafes to art galleries & numerous high quality bars & restaurants, ATM's & pharmacies, Taxi rank & takeaways everything you need is nearby. This is a 4 bedroom apartment arranged over 3 levels, just a short stroll from Brighton station & a 5 to 10 minute stroll from the bohemian North Laine & City centre

Superb stylish yet quirky 4 bedroom Brighton Holiday apartment sleeps up to a maximum of 10 guests. It has a fantastic open plan kitchen living dining space on first level (dining table seats 6 to 10 guests benches are provided for extra seating) with top of the range kitchen fixtures & fittings.

Exposed brick walls blend with eclectic, up-cycled, reclaimed & imported American vintage paraphernalia along with carefully selected UK sourced vintage pieces . All presented alongside the state of the art fitted kitchen.

FIRST FLOOR

Open plan KITCHEN-LIVING-DINING ROOM a fabulous open space for a family or group get together, for a meal, buffet or just relax & enjoy each others company in this comfortable social space. Plenty of room for a group of up to 10 guests.

There is HI SPEED WI FI BROADBAND and top of the range multi channel large Flat screen TV. The SOUND BAR system on the TV is blue tooth so i-phones etc can be streamed through it SKY SATELLITE TV packages including SPORTS, MOVIES & now the latest 'SKY Q' Box! Entertainment for all the family and friends.

The sleek fitted KITCHEN has 2 Neff ovens: one a professional multi function oven, 1 a dedicated STEAM OVEN, the hob is 6 part induction with built in food warmer. There is a built in WASHING machine, separate TUMBLE dryer, dishwasher, fridge / freezer & lashings of instant hot boiling water straight from the tap for tea & coffee.

DINING table to seat 6 guests in CHAIRS PLUS 2 EXTRA BENCHES if required to seat up to 10 (at more of a squeeze.) Or why not use the table for a buffet?

The FAMILY BATHROOM has a bath and rainfall wet room shower area, WC & washbasin. (there is an additional en suite shower room to the Master bedroom upstairs)

Check in is after 4pm and before 7pm with an allocated pre-agreed timeslot Check out is by 10am ( We need the interim time to prepare & clean the property between checkout and check in. NB We give last minute bookings preference so cannot agree early or late check outs until the day!) Laurence will meet you at the property and show you how all the gadgets work & show you around. He can recommend local places to visit & can also show where the free parking spaces are ( Julian street about 10 minutes walk away ) and give you a lift back! ( time permitting). He will be on call if you need help but other than that we leave you to relax and enjoy yourselves.
