BEFORE WE THANK YOU FOR BOOKING FORWARD A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION. 185m² 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, two private terraces, swimming pool 5 minutes from the city center, in a quiet and relaxing in nature, we offer a stay in a stunning ultra contemporary house to discover Brive-la-Gaillarde its region: the caves of Lascaux 4 Collonges Red, Sarlat, and the Valley of the five castles, Rocamadour and Martel, the Valley of Vézère, Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne, Turenne. Discover the jewels of Quercy and Perigord, ... Relaxing, sports and / or gourmet, you can cook the holiday of your dreams. The house is divided as follows: Ground Garden (139 m2): Large living / dining room of over 47 m2 bright opening by large windows on the south-facing terrace (over 100 m2) and swimming pool 11x4. THE HEATED POOL BEING May to October swimming will be even more enjoyable. A roof overhang can enjoy outside in rainy weather while serving as sunshade on the hottest days. A second room, more intimate, for watching TV or reading, discovered behind a door with brick partition, an extension of the main part of life. The kitchen area slightly overhangs (2 steps) living / dining room. Fully equipped and furnished, adjoining the pantry / laundry room, the kitchen also opens onto the terrace. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms (11,57 m2 and 10,94 m2) sharing a bathroom with shower and 2 sinks. The third (10.49 m2) has its private bathroom. The floor (46 m2): parental space with a bedroom (12 m2), its private bathroom, dressing room, an office open space and cupboards. Heating: Heat pump. You can park safely up to four vehicles.     How do damage deposits work?

    If Gauthier (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
