The 2 en-suite bedrooms are at the rear of the property and are double glazed, so even though you are in the centre of the harbour area, you are assured a quiet nights sleep. One has a Kingsize bed and the other a zip n link bed that can be made up as 2 single beds or a super king. Please let us know how you would like it configured when you book.

This property was totally refurbished in March 2016. Improvements include both bedrooms have new beds and furniture and are now en-suite with super lush 5* hotel standard fixtures & fittings. The 2nd bedroom has been enlarged and can be configured as a Super King or 2 single beds. The 'Jack and Jill' family bathroom has a large bath with shower over. All new plumbing including gas fired central heating and a combi boiler. New staircase in hardwood and glass. All new carpets and flooring through out. Total re-decoration throughout.

A £100 damage deposit is required for all bookings and is refunded within 3 days of departure
