Situated on the Gold Coast's prestigious and unique beachside suburb Mermaid Beach, this charming, renovated 60's beach house offers a perfect place to unwind. From the moment you enter the private and secured front garden it is easy to slip into the relaxed atmosphere this house offers. Spacious living spaces spilling out onto a large deck overlooking a stunning pool and tropical gardens.

Accommodation includes a queen bed in the master with ensuite, a double bed in the second bedroom and queen in the third. Single mattress is available on request. The living area contains plenty of seating on the large leather lounges and an indoor and outdoor eating area. The fully fitted kitchen and large laundry will help to make your stay a relaxed one.

All bedrooms are spacious and offer TV and DVD units. Whether you are looking for a quiet family holiday or an chance to wine and dine at local restaurants this house will offer you the opportunity to do it all.

Mermaid beach is the perfect location to enjoy a fabulous beach holiday. Relax by the pool, or head for beautiful Nobby's beach. No need to use the car as this beach house is located 150 meters from the beach, a block from Nobby's surf club ,shops, local restaurants and bars. This local shopping village offers everything you will need, including easy access to public transport.

Mermaid beach and Nobby's beach are located 3 km south of Broadbeach,, 6 km south of Surfers Paradise and less then half an hour to major theme parks.

No functions, parties, late night entertaining (bond will be forfeited if this rule is broken) or schoolies at any time.

There is also no smoking permitted anywhere on the property.

“Fabulous house,perfect location lacked nothing. Wonderful stay.”

The house was luxury and lacked nothing, we spent most of our time outside in the beautiful entertaining area and pool. The location was spot on a street away from a wonderful beach and with a short distance to Surfers and main shopping malls. I highly recommend a visit to this beach house.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Mandy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
