- It is a 60 minute drive from the Brisbane International Airport to the house. (trains or shuttle bus are available.)
- Coolangatta Airport is a 25 minute drive to the house.
- Taxis, buses and limousines are also available at Coolangatta Airport.
- Nerang Rail Station is a 10 minute drive by car or taxi to the house and buses and taxis are also available. You can train from Brisbane airport to here.

Thank you for a lovely weekend. The attention to detail in your property is incredible! I often find it stressful going away with 2 little kids. The amount of stuff you need to remember to take is exhausting but at Broadbeach Waterfront we'll know for the next time that we can literally just pack our clothes and toothbrushes and that's all we'll need!
Now that's what I call a holiday!! You certainly had our vote in the stayz competition, we will be back for sure! P.S That ensuite is to die for!!!

The house was amazing and literally had "everything" we needed. We even

Thank you for a wonderful stay in your beautiful home. Kids had a great time, playing in the pool enjoying all the water activities especially the kayak and paddle boat. We even had a chance to cook some delicious pizzas in your wood fired pizza oven. The endless activities were a great joy to the kids (and us!). Thanks- we had a wonderful holiday for 9 nights. Our 5 children had the best holiday ever; we used every toy on the lake and swum in the pool every day and the kids were not bored for 1 second. The house was wonderful and we will definitely be back- best holiday ever!

Back again for our second stay in your superb home. Our relaxing and luxurious 5 days passed here all too fast. We had tried hard to sample all the delights the house offered but even on the last day were finding treasures such as the foot spas!. We didn't try the pizza oven or the wonderful bread maker as we grannies needed our rest -so we ate out a lot!. This winter showed us how rich the birdlife on the lake is and the surging masses of fish!

Our family enjoyed our stay in this lovely holiday house for 9 days. Thank you for making our holiday easier by providing all things that we could possibly need- everything from all the pool toys in the garage to the kids cutlery and a working printer and lap top and of course loved the coffee machine!

We did enjoy every minute of our stay at your house and congratulate you on it all living up to our expectations. We feel we hardly scratched the surface of the possibilities, but we made the most of it in the time available.
The house was beautifully presented and Denise and Dave were there to greet us and orientate us to the surroundings. I called Denise on a few occasions during our stay and she was very helpful.
The children were rapt with all the IT and games indoors and the pool, playthings and lake boats outside. Probably the pool was the most appreciated and the pandora's box of water and inflatable toys in the garage dipped into, but by no means completely explored!
Susann came and gave the 4 "gals" massages which was wonderful. The men were pleased to be able to watch the rugby matches on Fox3, being the semis for the RWC.
The chefs among us did marvellous things on the BBQ and in the kitchen. The coffee machine was made good use of. We ate in mostly and just loved shopping for fresh fruit and vegetables at the Carrara Markets. We also visited the Brickworks for some up-market things, but the local seafood shop opposite Carrara Markets was magic. We did a lot of walking around the area and the kids biked too.
Only suggestion is we would have liked an extra shelf in the pantry for all our groceries! Everything else was fabulous and plenty of china, cutlery and glasses of all description. Thank you.

Holiday paradise... Hope no one else discovers it!
We arrived to be greeted by the lovely Denise who couldn't have been more welcoming or informative. There was plenty of information in the house manual to answer any questions that arose and Margaret was very helpful and quick to follow up anything else for us. There was a well stocked tourist information display which we found handy and enticing.
The children thought the house was a mansion and soon discovered it's many treasures.
Everyone had the space to enjoy their own activities or share a movie together.
It was great having access to a lake free from the possibility of sharks and with some great watersport activities to make use of. The kids were torn between the theme parks and the lake!
We were fortunate to have lovely weather , but could imagine the house and location could keep us all occupied if the weather was not so good. The house was well located to all the things like theme parks, restaurants and shopping . The house was well resourced with all necessary technical equipment with extremely clear instructions that made using individual tv / sound systems etc easy to use. The week passed by too quickly and we hope to return soon.

Our families thoroughly enjoyed our 10day stay in this lovely family home. We were so relaxed we didn't need a massage!. The kids progressed mightily in the pool and it was certainly beneficial therapy for nanny and poppys aches and pains. A dream kitchen. We only ate out 3 times in 10 days! Love to return
