Recently Purchased Holiday / Rental Home, current fixtures and furnishings are quite retro but everything is in good working order! The property will be undergoing renovations soon, get now for a great price. Great family holiday home / location over looking Botany Bay Beach, 30 steps To have your toes in the sand... Pub / Restaurant within 5 minutes walk, Golf course around the corner, Captain Digby Pub 10 minute walk (great for kids with indoor play area for rainy days), Lovely walks along clifftop to either Margate or Broadstairs town centers. Good location for Folk Week!!

This property has 3 stories: Ground Floor has an enclosed courtyard with outdoor table, chairs, and umbrella. There is an eat in kitchen with table/6 chairs. Kitchen has everything you need: plates, cutlery, cups, pans, utensils... a bathroom with shower stall. 1st floor is the lounge with seating for 10 people, TV, and bay window overlooking the sea. Bedroom with queen bed. 2nd floor has one bedroom with Queen bed and another large bedroom that has two single beds and separate bathroom (retro pink) with bathtub with great views over Botany Bay. My Family will be on hand to meet and greet you at the house and provide keys and show you the property. If you have any questions or problems they're 2 minutes away and happy to help. Please do not hesitate to ask if you have any question, need advice or recommendations on what to do. Please note the Wifi is a pay as you go three mobile dongle which works well but can be expensive for heavy data usage. Also the O2 signal is not very good at the house but most other networks are ok especially on the upper floors.

Why can't I call Alexander (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Alexander (the owner) a message.

If Alexander (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
