Built in 1910, Sea Song Cottage is a stylish, cosy, well appointed two bedroom holiday home. With a large private garden, it's suitable for up to 5 people and a baby. Located on a quiet, pretty street in the historic town of Broadstairs, it's just an 8 min walk to the station, 15 mins to the sandy beach of Viking Bay and pubs and restaurants are close by. A bright and calming space with room to relax, dine and enjoy, Sea Song Cottage is the perfect place to make happy seaside memories!

Beautifully decorated the lounge has a sofa bed (which sleeps 1) and a dining room with a rustic table which leads onto the galley kitchen with oven, slimline hob, fridge freezer, washer/dryer and microwave. The bathroom is downstairs, with underfloor heating and access to a gravel patio and large garden. Upstairs are two double bedrooms, the master has a double bed, mirrored wardrobe, hair dryer, bedside storage and dressing table/desk. Bedroom two has a large set of bunks, an adult sized single bed, wardrobe, night lights and garden view. Fresh linens and towels are provided and for those with small children, there is a travel cot, bed guard, high chair, booster seat, black-out blind and kids kitchenware.

There is a key safe at the property where you can retrieve the keys, you will receive an access code on the day of your check in. We are currently not living in Broadstairs, so unlikely to meet you in person, but feel free to email or text any queries you may have, always happy to help. Our property manager lives nearby however and is available to help as required and we will provide you with their number.

Please respect the neighbours by sensibly limiting noise from 11pm-8am.

Bathroom towels are provided, however please bring your own for the beach.

If you need access to the fuse box, which is behind the door at the top of the cellar stairs, please call for the location of the key. This is kept locked as it's our storage space. There is a steep stairs leading down to the cellar so for the safety of children, a stair gate has been installed.

Hi Linda, thank you so much for your fab review, we hope to see you and your family again at Sea Song Cottage! Yes parking can sometimes be a little tricky with it being located on a quaint Victorian street, especially in the summer months. Spaces do come up frequently however as the locals come and go, luckily the road isn't residents only and its free all day, compared to the roads nearer the beach, and yes the surrounding streets always have lots of space. We also provide a beach trolley so guests can leave the car and walk to the beach. Thanks again for booking with us and enjoy the rest of your summer : )

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
