Goatfell Lodge near Auchannie is a modern and spacious property set over two levels and located within a quiet residential area just a stone throw from the award winning Auchrannie Resort and Spa. The Auchrannie facilities include bars and restaurants, spa and leisure facilities and various activities for children including playbarn all of which are accessible to non-residents.

Goatfell lodge has a fully enclosed private garden together with patio area accessible directly from the indoor dining area making the outdoor space a perfect place to relax come rain or shine! The large enclosed garden is perfect for children to safely enjoy in the sunshine while the adults relax in the outdoor areas.

Inside the property, an interior glass wall, large windows and patio doors bring in an abundance of natural light creating a bright and spacious feel. The open plan living area combines kitchen, dining and loving area to create a very sociable living space for guests to enjoy. The well-equipped kitchen area has a breakfast bar and the dining area provides seating for 8/10 people. French doors lead from the dining area to the very large, sunny, south facing decked area where there are tables and chairs for dining al fresco, or just open the doors and bring the outside in. There are four bedrooms, two of which are down stairs, and four bathrooms (three en-suite) with one of the double bedrooms also able to accommodate another 2 guests on the comfortable sofa bed which can be made up on request. The large upstairs galleried landing has a sofa and tv with french doors leading out to a balcony. This is a great area for children or teens to have their own space, or just a quiet area to relax and read a book. The conservatory extends the large living space and provides a comfy setting to relax.

A short walk into the heart of Brodick uncovers many shops, bars, cafes and restaurants, beach, crazy golf and local Brodick 18 hole golf club. Don’t worry about hiring bikes, instead make use of the bikes available at the lodge. This luxurious villa in its central location, with fantastic amenities on your doorstep, is a fabulous place for families and friends to thoroughly enjoy their Arran holiday.

How do damage deposits work?

If Vicky (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
