Holiday accommodation Ileven Heaven in Broederstroom in Hartbeespoort dam area in a security estate, the opposite side of the dam than Kosmos. Situated on the Crocodile river with a permanent view of nature over the river and Witwatersrand mountain rage. You will love this and come back time after time! Try it, you won't be disappointed.

Kindly note that this is a relaxing venue – no parties, noise and loud music allowed.

This modern unit feature 4 bedrooms (4 queen size beds+one 3/4 bed & sleeper couch), 2.5 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, lovely granite top bar with 2 bar fridges and lounge area. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with lots of cupboards in beautiful wood & fridge, microwave, crockery, kettle, toaster and modern stove & oven and lots more. The lounge area is comfortably furnished with 6 seater black lounge suite, sleeper couch and equipped with a flat screen TV, DSTV (to make arrangements with owner a week in advance) and air conditioner. The house has a large enclosed patio area with gas braai/BBQ, with great views over the estate. The glass windows can be opened fully for a better feeling of nature.

The main en-suite bedroom has a queen size bed, a flat screen TV and its own private patio, with oak headboard, bedside tables & dressing table with mirrors. Rooms have built in cupboards, linen, duvets, blankets and extra duvets for lounging around & heaters. The unit comprises 2.5 bathrooms, 1 with a bath, the other with a shower & downstairs with toilet & basin. It is really beautiful and relaxing, a home away from home!

Guests have access to the communal swimming pool and entertainment area looking out on the Crocodile river from where the fishermen can through in their lines. It is usually very quiet at this area where you can tan, braai / BBQ, read, chat & "kuier".

Hartbeespoort is a paradise for water sport lovers, hikers, bikers, as well as nature- and bird-lovers. Guests can partake in abseiling, river rafting, horse trails, fishing, golfing, or shop in the quaint shops and curios. A variety of restaurants and bars can also be found in the area.

When you walk around the complex, you forget about the city as a result of beautiful nature surrounding you. More than 100 bird species has been spotted and it is quite relaxing to watch the birds even from the patio. The unit and the complex have stunning views from different viewpoints. The unit is situated on the Crocodile river and from the patio you can actually see a crocodile shaped hill at the other side of the river. Relax at the swimming pool, sun bathe or in the shade of the indigenous trees or clubhouse, with small kitchenette and bathroom.

Places and things to do around the area: Lots of restaurants, Upperdeck with live music over weekends, Chameleon Village, Cable car, Spa's, elephant sanctuary, monkey sanctuary, snake Park, air balloon, Ama Zwing Zwing, boat trips, Van Gaalen Kaasmakerij, and lots more!!!!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Petro (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
