Accommodation: the villa is 750 square meters and can accommodate 18 persons in 9 bedrooms with 11 bathrooms. It extends on three levels:
The ground floor of the property is dedicated to the living areas which are large and imposing including an outside cover veranda with large windows to allow you to eat outside and enjoy the view even in the wintertime. The kitchen is professional with many fridge and refrigerators, oven, stove and dishwasher. A half bathroom is available close to the kitchen. At ground floor is also available one double bedroom with bathroom.
Upstairs there are 7 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom. All of them are different in size and decoration. The period furnishing perfectly matches with the original materials and the rich fabrics create a uniquely romantic and elegant atmosphere.
The 9th double bedroom with bathroom is located in the mansard and it is a bit smaller than the others.
The upper floors are also reachable by a lift to make it easily accessible even with wheel chairs.
Villa Magnifica offer all the best comfort: all rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, satellite T.V., safe, and internet connection. Some of the bedrooms have fireplace and jacuzzi bath/shower.
Indoor heated pool, with built-in whirpool and sauna available on request with extra price. Additional bathroom and separate shower is available by the internal pool.
Garden and Swimming pool: the garden is perfectly manicured with an incredible velvet lawn leading to the outdoor pool with breathtaking views on the surrounding countryside all over the Chiana Valley extending to the Trasimeno lake on clear days.
The pool (12 x 6 meters and 1.20 - 2.00 meters deep) can be accessed by some steps or via a slip road to make it comfortably reachable to wheel chairs. Please note the pool is fenced and particularly suitable for families with young children.
