Brownsville Country Club, Vista Verde Condominiums. Across the street from BCC Golf Course, and walking distance to Sunrise Mall, this condo is really close to the true commercial heart in Brownsville.

It features a fully equipped kitchen with all the basics, including a dishwasher, Three Roku TVs and a very comfortable Queen size sleeper sofa sofa. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed, a private, recently remodeled bathroom and a walk-in closet. Bedroom #2 features two beds, one Queen size and one twin size. Both bedrooms have LED lighted new ceiling fans with remote control.

The unit also has a 2 car garage with an electric garage door opener. The washer and dryer is conveniently located inside the unit, in the garage. You can have up to two vehicles per condo, and there is no assigned parking in the complex (first come, first served)

Guests will be provided with a starter kit containing toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish detergent, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent (when applicable), coffee paper filters and a few trash bags. It is recommended to bring personal toiletries and additional supplies, specially if your stay is for 3 or more nights.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
