From the owner

We offer our private luxury house very close to the town centre (only 10 min walk to town walls) with sauna and jacuzzi, which sleeps up to 6 people and represent an excellent value for money.

Our home is a modern, tastefully decorated, well equipped, bright and spacious property in a better residential area of Bruges just 10 minutes walk from the town center. Importantly the area is quiet at night, although we have all necessary facilities on the doorstep - supermarket, restaurant, artisan bakery, bus route. Train station and main motorway are within easy reach. We are very easy to find but hard to forget.

The highlights of the House are the large garden area enjoying a good measure of privacy and a sunny aspect (therefore good for travelers with children) and also SAUNA AND JACUZZI area (We are sure you will appreciate this after day's sightseeing).

The property was finished in 2013 and is kept in a good order. It is well equipped with TV, cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer/wi-fi and all necessary cooking utensils.

The property comprises two bedrooms (one with a bunk bed and another with double bed) and also has a double sofa-bed in the lounge, therefore we can easily accommodate up to 6 people.
Enter the house from the street, its own lockable private entrance leads to a walkway to the bottom of the garden, where the house is situated. The garden of the house is of good size and consists of nice lawn area and paved area with patio furniture. The garden is South orientated and enjoys a good measure of a privacy. There is on-road parking in front of the main property.

Our house is newly constructed and is light and airy thanks for floor to ceiling patio doors and windows. Modern fittings, and furniture, eco-friendly, stylish surroundings. Good sized open plan lounge / kitchen area with plenty of storage, doors to bedroom one (bunk bed, storage, TV), luxury shower room/wc, bedroom two (double bed, storage) and sauna suite with Nordic sauna, another shower and Jacuzzi.

The price includes all consumption, all bedlinen / towels, we charge a modest cleaning fee of e50.

You are welcome to our house please do not hesitate to ask if you require additional information, we are happy to answer any questions you might have.

Brugge is one of the most charming and well preserved medieval towns, however there is much more to see around – you can visit traditional seaside resorts within 20 min drive, Ghent is only 30 min drive and there are lots more places to visit. Our house is just 3 min drive away to Bruges ring road and easily reached from E40 motorway. With children you can visit a children farm which is about 900m or Boudewijnpark with attractions. It's just 15 minutes from the coast and also from very lovely Sluis city in Holland, 30 min from Gent. Two beautiful National parks 'Drongenbos' or 'Het Leen'.are also within easy reach.

    If Michelle (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
