THE BEST ALTERNATIVE TO THE HOTEL If you don't want to miss your peaceful sleep and the advantages of a large garden while on vacation, you've come to the right place! Our house was renovated in 2013 and awaits you with bourgeois charm but with all the amenities and everyday luxury of our time! You are in the city center within 12 minutes by metro, but after an eventful day you can sort your impressions and put your feet up in our garden or on the terrace ... and you breathe in the scent of flowers, not the scent of the city center and hear twittering birds. If the party lasts longer and you don't want to take a taxi early in the morning, you can easily reach the house by night bus !! (Stop within 80 m) The house with a large garden in the bourgeois style has been lovingly renovated, but equipped with the technology of our time. It has two bedrooms on the ground floor of 105 m², one large and one smaller, each with a double bed. If necessary, we will be happy to put a baby bed in the large bedroom. If you want to occupy the house with 5 or 6 people, we will also open the 25 m² attic room where you will find a 2x2 m double bed. The living room with the original stucco and the beautiful bay window is a highlight of the house, and thanks to the "old" blinds that you can not only pull down, but also fold out, in summer it guarantees a cool climate! The kitchen is fully equipped for 6 people, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, 4 ceramic hob with convection oven, sink, large worktop, dishwasher, extractor hood, washing machine and a dining area are waiting for you. The bathroom is equipped with a washstand, bathroom cabinet with mirror, hairdryer and an extra-large 100 x 100 cm almost walk-in shower with massage jets and trailing extractor hood. There is also a separate toilet and a large hall. A large garden with a large terrace and garden or patio furniture invites you to relax. The parking space on the enclosed property is available to you free of charge. Leave your car safely parked on the property and use the good transport connections for your stroll through Budapest. Hot spots in the district such as Heroes' Square, National Gallery, City Park, Széchenyi thermal bath, amusement park and zoo are worth a visit. LOCATION: The house is in a great location in the 14th district, called "Zugló", which is one of the most frequented districts of Budapest. Zugló borders the inner city districts, but most of the district is green! Budapest is a cosmopolitan city with all its advantages. The Zugló district is the green lung of the city. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Gerhard (the owner) a message.

If Gerhard (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
