The apartment is totally renovated in 2007 by one italian architect who have chosen most of the furniture( many from Italy, Spain and most of them are very rare and old( end of 1800 ).It's 84sqm.

The house looks on the street and in the courtyard, it's very quite and warm (you can feel it right after you enter). It's close to Andrassy street( 50 m) ,one of the most nice, elegant and fashion street of Budapest; from one direction you can arrive to the Heroes Square and to the Thermal Bath , the biggest of Europe. In the other direction you can arrive to Oktogon square where you can easily go with the tram in all the city. It's there that you can find "Liszt Ferenc ter", the best restaurant's street of budapest where in every moment people are eating every kind of food or drinking cool cocktail( if you want eat really good the best restaurant are: "Fresco Cafe", "Cafe Vien" and 'Menza". Then if you continue to walk in Andrassy you will find the Opera, Deak ter, nice square with inside one park,then Vaci utca and at the end the Danube that you will never forget in your entire life.

District 6 is the cultural centre of Budapest, with a lot of historicals buildings such as the Opera House or Liszt Music Academy. Everything is nearby, so you can walk to most of the famous sights. Andrássy street (commonly known as the Champs Elysées of Budapest), Széchenyi termal bath, Heroes Square, City Park, Opera House, Museum of Fine Art, Nagymező Utca (the Broadway of the city) can be reached within minutes. The apartment is in walking distance from Andrassy Avenue and 1 stops on 5 minutes walking from the Grand Boulevard (Nagykörút), the main 4-6 number tram line of the city. Andrassy Avenue is famous for its neo-renaissance buildings, elegant restaurants and luxury boutiques. Worth to visit the Terror of House located at Andrássy 60. But you can find cheap buffet, coffee shop, exchange office, ATM and the shopping center name of Westend

L' appartamento e' stato totalmente ristrutturato nel 2007 per mano di un architetto italiano, arredato con gusto con molti mobili provenienti da Italia, Spagna e mobili di fine Ottocento ungheresi. Affaccia su strada il salone, una camera e sul cortile interno la cucina e l'altra camera, e' davvero silenziosa e calda (ci si ambienta subito).Particolarieta' che la contraddistingue e' che si trova a 50 m da una delle vie piu' belle, eleganti e fashion della citta; Andrassy se la si percorre da un lato si arriva a Piazzale degli Eroi, una delle piu' suggestive piazze di Budapest, al Parco che ha al suo interno le Terme piu' antiche e grandi d'Europa. Percorrendo l' altra direzione si arriva ad Oktogon che ti permette, con il tram, di andare in tutto il resto della citta'( i tram compiono un giro completo in circa un ora),poi a Liszt ferenc ter, via esclusiva per i ristoranti che di giorno e di notte vengono frequetati da turisti e gente del luogo( un consiglio da chi ci magia molto spesso.....si mangia molto bene nel "Fresco cafe", "Cafe Vienn" e " Menza"). Continuando con la passeggiata si arriva al Teatro dell' Opera ed infine a Deak ter( carinissima piazza con parco e locale alla moda sottostante) per poi finire a Vaci Utca con il Danubio che non scorderete mai nella vostra vita
