This stunning villa enjoys a private pool and gardens . Situated over looking the 9th fairway of the golf course. The views from the terrace where the dinning table seats 6 comfortably is very special.

Outside the infinity pool looks over the 9th. It is surrounded by stunning views. Extremely tranquil area. It has 6 sun loungers with cream cushions and another dining area by the pool. There is a Bar-B-Q and all the mod cons required to cook up a storm !

The sun shines all day and spectacular sunsets in the evening. And a perfect spot on the balcony to enjoy the views..

Private parking, the property is air-conditioned throughout and has free WIFI access, satellite TV and all modern amenities - a complete home from home!

There are 3 double bedrooms…The master bedroom is downstairs in the cool and has a double bathroom, power shower, heated towel rails, double sinks. The beds are particularly comfy as it is so important on your holiday to get a great night sleep and wake up feeling refreshed. This bedroom has double doors out to the pool and garden.

The bedroom next to it has its own bathroom and twin beds. Double wardrobes and it also has doors out to the pool area.

Finally, there is a third stunning double bedroom upstairs, just off from the living room. It also has its own private bathroom.

The living room has stunning luxury sofas and furnishings. The color schemes are luxury gold and cream tones. Open plan beautifully decorated lounge with 2 large comfortable sofas, central table, TV, IPOD docking station, DVD player, large collection of books, patio doors out to the south west facing balcony.

In the kitchen, it is equipped with all new crockery, cutlery, wine glasses both big and small along with picnic stuff if you fancy taking a picnic to the beach.

I promise you, you will need for nothing !

This villa is walking distance from the small village of Budens where you have the supermarket and bakery..The walk is along the golf course and through an old typical Portuguese village. it is 5 minutes drive from the fishing village of Salema. you can either choose to drive or there is a great local taxi service thats very reasonable.

This villa is well furnished and organized in order to offer a pleasant stay to guests. It is a peacefull place with nice view on the golfe course and several beautiful beaches near there.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lorraine (the owner) a message.

If Lorraine (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
